As a Case Manager, you will join a team that is dedicated to finding and establishing resources so that individuals with developmental disabilities and their families have choices and opportunities to be fully included in society. Successful applicants will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field. Experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred. Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in assessing, developing, or implementing individual person centered plans for persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
